To maintain our competitive wholesale pricing, we require a minimum opening order of $500. Reorder minimums are set at $250 per transaction.
How do you handle shipping for large bulk furniture or decor orders?
We utilize a network of trusted LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers for large orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, or you can arrange your own freight pickup from our warehouse.
Are your home products compliant with safety and quality standards?
Yes, all SAKSBY products undergo rigorous quality control. Our textiles are OEKO-TEX certified where applicable, and all furniture meets North American safety standards for durability and material safety.
What is your return policy for damaged or defective wholesale items?
Claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage and packaging to receive a full credit or replacement.
Do you offer dropshipping services for interior designers?
Currently, SAKSBY WHOLESALE operates on a traditional B2B model. We do not offer individual dropshipping, but we can ship large project orders directly to a commercial receiver or staging site.
Can I request product samples before placing a bulk order?
We offer sample swatches for upholstery and small decor items at a nominal fee. The cost of samples is fully refundable if a bulk order for that specific product is placed within 30 days.
